Life happens, and sometimes I get in a funk or feel discombobulated. There are times I can’t even put my finger on what feels off. Whatever the case may be I know I need to defunkify, so I go in my toolbox — first thing I do is take an inventory of my day to day and ask:
What is missing?
I have dedicated this corner to different things that help me defunkify, realign, move through my feels, inspire me, move me, hype me up, or just simply get me to a chill spot.
